This guide will provide you with a comprehensive roadmap to becoming a PRC-accredited Real Estate Salesperson, enabling you to operate effectively in the real estate industry under the Home Finders Guild.

1. Verify Eligibility
Ensure you meet the following qualifications:
Filipino citizen.
Completed at least two (2) years or 72 college units.
Good moral character with no convictions involving moral turpitude.
Completed training and seminars totaling a minimum of twelve (12) credit units in real estate brokerage.
2. Gather Required Documents
Prepare the following documents for submission:
Original and photocopy of NSO Birth Certificate / Certificate of Live Birth.
Original and photocopy of NSO Marriage Certificate / Contract (for married females).
Original notarized certificate of educational attainment confirming two (2) years of college.
Valid original NBI clearance.
Original notarized certification of twelve (12) credit units in Real Estate Brokerage.
One (1) 1x1 photo with a white background, labeled with your full name.
Current Community Tax Certificate (CTC).
Duly accomplished application form.
3. Submit Application for Pre-Evaluation
Submit your completed application and documents for pre-evaluation at the Office of the Secretary or Assistant Secretary, PRBs, at the PRC Central Office or Regional Office processing counters.
4. Pay Application Fees
After pre-evaluation, make the required payment of Php600.00 at the cashier on the ground floor of the Main Building.
5. Obtain Documentary Stamp
Visit the Customer Service Center to secure a metered documentary stamp for your application.
6. Final Submission
Submit your duly accomplished application form to the Office of the Assistant Secretary, PRBs (3rd floor) for processing.
7. Check Application Status
Monitor the status of your application by visiting the PRC website: www.prc.gov.ph.
8. Receive Accreditation
Upon approval, you will be issued an identification card, and your registration will need to be renewed annually during your birth month.
